Jenny Boyles plays a crucial role at Tanya Boggs Photography by creating and streamlining the systems and processes that keep us organized and on top of our busy schedule. She manages daily business correspondence, scheduling, project management, invoicing, and anything else Tanya throws her way. Having Jenny on our team allows Tanya the freedom to focus more on the critical elements of our business: making our clients look and feel their best!
Jenny graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and American Studies. She then earned her Masters of Arts in Museum Studies from George Washington University and worked at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History as a development assistant. She focused on both fundraising and exhibition development. After taking on the role of a military wife, Jenny moved on from the museum world to teach 5th graders. Then through her volunteer efforts with the Marine Corps, Jenny went on to hold the position of Family Readiness Advisor. She advised the units on communication, organization, and the many details that go into family readiness for both deployed and non-deployed families. When it came time for Jenny and her husband to retire out of the Marine Corps and settle into a permanent home, she found being a virtual assistant to be a perfect fit. Jenny gets great satisfaction helping businesses grow and achieve improved productivity.
When she’s not working, Jenny enjoys time with her family, hanging out at the beach, or trying new restaurants in Charleston.
