I am so pleased to share the new online magazine, Salt and Water. I am proud to have been a contributor and a part of this journey with Cindy Groseclose as she has begun her exciting adventure of creating this beautiful publication. I blurted out an enthusiastic “YES!” when she was only about half way through her sentence asking me to photograph for one of the features. I didn’t need any more information! I was in!
And can you image how thrilled I was when she told me that I would be photographing Jenny Brown for the feature? Jenny is a pro surfer and the owner of Shaka Surf School, a weekly summer surf camp for kids on Folly Beach. And she is a gem! We planned a sunrise shoot. Which of course meant we were up EARLY. In fact, it was still dark. But what an incredible way to start a day: with amazing women, a brisk walk out to the end of Folly, and a beautiful greeting from the Sun. It’s days like that I fall in love with my job all over again.
To see the beautiful work we did, take a look at the feature I shot titled, Inspired by Love by clicking here!
